Mill Valley Construction is the Northern Californian branch of Mill Valley Homes Inc., our sister company in Spokane Washington -- in business since 1989. Our president Tom Edwards, vice presidents Mark Keys and John Edwards, and attorney Robert Felker are all committed to highest quality and close attention to detail in home construction.
Our Redding area team is headed by Mark Keys, who is very skilled and dedicated in his work; and we have over 75 years combined experience to help you plan and build a home you can be truly proud of!
